How to Use This Planner
You can use this homeschool lesson planner with any year of Ambleside Online. It can be used by either the mother-teacher or the student. There are 36 weeks of planning pages. They are labeled by term and week.
Every individual year of Ambleside Online has specific daily work and weekly work laid out on the schedule. You can copy these directly from AO’s schedule or you can write in your own custom daily and weekly work based upon what your family uses.
You enter the weekly readings from the AO schedule into a corresponding subject block for a particular day of the week. The lower AO years have readings under specific subjects, but the upper years’ schedules do not specify the subject. However, they can be easily categorized into the subject blocks in this planner based on your personal preference.
Printing the Planner
When you print this planner, make sure you print the document double-sided. I have created it to make sure the pages have a weekly layout. I printed my planner at a local UPS store and had it spiral bound to make it look like a real planner. It cost about $10.00 at my local UPS store.
